Whoever, commits sexual assault, shall be punished with imprisonment of either Punishment for description for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to five sexual assault years, and shall also be liable to fine. D .- AGGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT AND PUNISHMENT THEREFOR
