(1) This Act may be called The Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950. (2) It extends to the whole of 1[the State of Rajasthan] 2 [xxxx] . (3) It shall come into force on such date3 as the 1 [State Government may], by notification in the 1[Official Gazette], appoint in that behalf.
