# Udaipur Development Authority Act, 2023, Section 43: Lapse of Scheme

## Text

If the Authority fails to implement the project of scheme approved under sub-section (4) of section 41 within a period of five years from the date of publication thereof under sub-section (5) of section 41, it shall, on the expiration of the said period of five years, lapse.
