BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Twenty-third Year of the Republic of India, as follows :- 1 Short title extent and commencement - (1) This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Land Reforms (Ceiling on Agricultural Holdings) Act, 1973. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint.
