Preamble

The 30th April 1969 No.LJL.198/69/2 .- The following Act of the Assam Legislative Assembly which received the assent of the Governor is hereby published for general information. ASSAM ACT VII OF 1969 [Received the assent of the Governor on the 26th April, 1969] THE ASSAM CONTINGENCY FUND (AUGMENTATION OF CORPUS) ACT, 1969 (Published in the Assam Gazette Extraordinary, [dated the 1st May, 1969) Preamble. WHEREAS it is expedient to augment the Corpus of the Contingency Fund of the State of Assam ; It is hereby enacted in the Twentieth Year of the Republic of India as follows :- Short title, 1.
