(1) This Act may be called the Assam Contingency Fund (Augmentation of Corpus) Act, 2019. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Assam. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of April, 2019. diaªto Further payment to the Contingency Fund 2. There shall be paid by the State Government into the Contingency Fund of State of Assam a further sum of one hundred crores of rupees out of the revenues of the State of Assam for the financial year 2019-2020.
