Preamble

IndiaCode ASSAM ACT XI OF 1951 *THE ASSAM EVACUEE PROPERTY ACT, 1951 [Published in the "Assam Gazette, Extraordinary", dated the 20th April 1951] An Act to provide for certain matters relating to evacuee property Whereas it is expedient to provide for certain matters relating to evacuee property ; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
