Preamble

ASSAM GRAVEREN FARMLANDMENT ASSAM ACT No.XXVII OF 1962 nessaCode (As passed by the Assembly) eceived the assent of the President on the 25th September 1962 [Published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 28th September 1962 An Act to amend the Assam Gramdan Act, 1961 Preamble. WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Assam Assam Act I Gramdan Act, 1961, hereinafter called the principal of 1962. Act in the manner hereinafter appearing ; It is hereby enacted in the Thirteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows : - Short title, extent and commencer ment.
