Preamble

THE BIHAR GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018 [Bihar Act 14, 2018] AN ACT to amend the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Bihar Act 12 of 2017). BE It enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the sixty-ninth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
