Indi [Bihar Act 07, 2020] THE BIHAR GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2020 AN ACT to amend the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(Bihar Act 12 of 2017). BE It enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Seventy first year of the Republic of India as follows :-
