ViaCode (Bihar Act 8, 2018) Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018 AN ACT TO AMEND THE BIHAR PROHIBITION AND EXCISE ACT, 2016 [Bihar Act 20, 2016] Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Sixty Ninth year of the Republic of India as follows :-
