SY [Bihar Act 10, 2020] The Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2020 AN ACT TO AMEND THE BIHAR PROHIBITION AND EXCISE ACT, 2016 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Bihar in the Seventy first year of the Republic of India as follows :-
