[Bihar Act 1, 2017] The Bihar State Universities (Amendment) Act , 2016 AN ACT To Amend The Bihar State Universities Act, 1976 (Bihar Act 23, 1976). Preamble : - For administrative purposes and educational interest of students, it is necessary to establish a new university namely Munger University, Munger by division of existing Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur. Be it enacted by the legislature of the State of Bihar in the Sixty-Seventh year of the Republic of India as follows :-
