Preamble

THE COLLECTION OF STATISTICS ACT, 2008

ACT No. 7 OF 2009

[7th January, 2009.] An Act to facilitate the collection of statistics on economic, demographic, social, scientific and environmental aspects, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--
