No.11-3/83-STU Government of India Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) New Delhi, dated 25th September 1985 THE FERTILISER (CONTROL) ORDER 1985 ORDER G.S.R. 758 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely
