Preamble

The Goa Land Revenue (Modification and Regularisation of Grants under Decree No. 3602 dated 24-11-1917) Act, 2007 (Goa Act 6 of 2007) [20-4-2007] AN ACT to provide for the modification and regularisation of Grants under Decree No. 3602 dated 24-11-1917 and bring such Grants within the purview of the Goa Land Revenue Code, 1968. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Fifty-eighth Year of the Republic of India as follows:
