Short Title and commandment: i. This Act shall be called the ICFAI University Amendment Act, Nagaland. ii. It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may notify in official gazette. 2. Amendments: i. 'Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts' wherever it occurred in all the documents shall be substituted by the word 'ICFAI' ii.
Words like CFA (Charter and Designation, 'The council of Chartered Financial Analysts and Charter') wherever they occurred shall be deleted totally. iii. Chapter 1-Clause 2- (xxvii & xxix) these clauses shall be deleted in full. iv. Schedule as per section 6(1) of the Act has been revised to include courses and programmes run by the university.
