(1) This Act may be called the Indian Soldiers Short title, (Litigation) (Extension to other Proceedings) Act, commerce- exlent and 1965. OF the city's Go ment. (2) It extends to the wliole of the State of Orissa. (3) It shall come into force at once. 4 of 1925 2.
The term "Court" as defined in clause (a) Extended of section 2 of the Indian Soldiers ( Litigation ) Act, definition of Court. 1925, shall include all Courts and other authorities functioning under any of the following Acts, namely :- (1) Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951 (Orissa Act I of 1952). (2) Orissa Tenants Relief Act, 1955 (Orissa Act 5 of 1955). (3) Orissa Merged Territories (Village Offices Abolition) Act, 1963 (Orissa Act 10 of 1963). (4) Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960 (Orissa Act 16 of 1960). *For Statement of Objects and Reasons see Orissa Gazette, extraordin ary dated the 10th March, 1965 (No. 310).
