AN ACT to amend the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act). It is enacted by the Legislative of the State of Mizoram in the Sixty fourth year of the Republic of India as follows :-

The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) (Amendment) Act, 2013 (Act No. 10 of 2013) {Received the assent of the Governor of Mizoram on the 25th July, 2013}. AN ACT to amend the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) Act, 2006 (Act No. 4 of 2006) (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act). It is enacted by the Legislative of the State of Mizoram in the Sixty fourth year of the Republic of India as follows :- 1.
Short title and commencement 1) This Act may be called the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India University (Mizoram) (Amendment) Act, 2013. 2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. 2. Amendment of Section 2 .- Clause (XXVII) and (XXIX) of Section 2 of the Principal Act, shall be deleted. 3. Amendment of Section 7 .- In Section 7 of the Principal Act - (1) In Clause (a), the words, "(Leading to the CFA Charter and Designation)" shall be deleted. (2) In Clause (e), the words, "The Council of Chartered Financial Analyst and" shall be deleted. Code Ex-417/2013 4. Amendment of Section 8 .- In Clause (c) of Section 8 of the Principal Act, the words, "the CFA Charter and Designation," shall be deleted. 5.
Amendment of Section 31 .- For Section 31 of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely :- "31. The Board of Governors may, with the approval of the State Government make new or additional Rules or amend or repeal the Rules." 6. Amendment of the Principal Act .- The words, "The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India" wherever it appears shall be substituted by an abbreviation, "ICFAI". de IndiaGOP Singthangdi Secretary, Law & Judicial Department, Govt. of Mizoram.
