Ibemche Singh) Secretary to the Government of Manipur THE MANIPUR (COURTS) SECOND AMENDMENT ACT, 1995 ( Manipur Act No.4 of 95) An Act Code further to amend the Manipur (Courts) Act, 1955 (No. 56 of 1955). BE it enacted by the Legislature of Manipir in the Forty- sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows 1. Short title and commencement .- (1) This Act may be called the Manipur (Courts) Second Amendment Act, 1995. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. Substitution of designation of Judicial Oficers. - For the words "Subordinate Juige" and "Mansilf' wherever they occurred in the Manipur (Courts) Act, 1955, the words "Civil Judge (Senior Division)" and "Civil Julge (Jamor Division)" respectively shall be substituted.
