THE MANIPUR SECONDARY EDUCATION (SECOND AMENDMEN ACT, 1979 (Manipur Act No. 11 of 1979) AN ACT further to amend the Manipur Secondary Education Act, 1972 (Manipur Act 7 of 1972). BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Manipur in the Twenty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows :
