The Nagaland Municipality Disclosure Act, 2011 (Act No. 7 of 2011) Received the assent of the Governor of Nagaland on 06/06/2011 and published in the Nagaland Gazette extraordinary dated 29/06/2011. An -Act- To provide for transparency and accountability in the functioning of Municipalities. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Nagaland in the 62nd year of the republic of India as follows: Short title, Extend and Commencement.
