ORISSA ACT IX OF 1948 [ THE ORISSA REPEALING ACT, 1948 ]1 (5th May, 1948) An Act to Repeal certain enactments in force in the [State]2 of Orissa WHEREAS it is expedient that the enactments specified in the Schedule which are spent or have otherwise become unnecessary or have ceased to be in force otherwise than by expressed specific repeal, should be expressly and specifically repealed ; It is hereby enacted as follows :-
