THE PUNJAB MUNICIPAL (TAX VALIDATING) ACT, 1955. AN ACT to validate the imposition of a tax by the Municipal Committee of Firozpur-Jhirka in Gurgaon District. BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Punjab in the Sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows :-
