Preamble

L .- 33004/99 सं. 480] No. 480] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, JULY 29, 2015/SHRAVANA 7, 1937 3272 GI/2015 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION G.S.R. 594(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 of the Punjab Reorganization Act, 1966 (31 of 1966), the Central Government hereby extends to the Union territory of Chandigarh, the Punjab Value Added Tax (Third Amendment) Act, 2011 (Punjab Act No.26 of 2011), as in force in the State of Punjab on the date of publication of this notification, subject to the following modifications, namely :-
