GUJARAT MOTOR VEHICLES TAX ACT, 1958.
No. PT-2011-39-MVD-I02011-1441-KH :-10 exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7) of
Section 2 of the Gujarat Motor Vehicles Tax Act, 1958 (Born. LXV of 1958). The Government of Gujarat hereby amends the- Government Notification, Home Department No. GHG-98-99-MTA-3397-4514-KH dated 22"" April, 1998 as follows namely:- In the schedule appended to the said notification;- I. in entry 7, in column 2, for the words "the district of Ahmedabad" the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction ofRTO Ahmedabad" shall be substituted.
2. in entry 8, in column 2, for the words "the district of Ahmedabad" the words "areas specified . by the State Government for the jurisdiction ofRTO Ahmedabad" shall be substituted.
3. in entry 16, in column 2, for the words "the district ofVadodara" the words 'areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction ofRTO Vadodara" shall be substituted.
4. in entry 17, in column 2, for the words "the district of Vadodara" the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction of RTO Vadodara" shall be substituted.
5. in entry 25, in column 2, for the words "the district of Surat" the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction of RTO Surat" shall be substituted.
6. in entry 26, in column 2, for the words "the district of Surat" the words "areas specified by the State Government for the jurisdiction ofRTO Surat" shall be substituted.
7. in the schedule appended to the said notification, after entry 44, the following entries shall be added at the end namely,· GUJARAT GOVERNMENT GAZETIEEX,. 14-7·2011 [PARTIV-B The Assistant Regional Transport Officer, for the areas specified by the State Ahmedabad (East) and the Inspector of Government for Ahmedabad (east) other than Motor Vehicles attached to his Office. those shown in the entry no. 7 and 8. The Assistant Regional Transport Officer, for the areas specified by the State Vadodara and the Inspector of Motor Government for Vadodara-2 other than those Vehicles attached to his office. shown in the entry No. 16 and 17.
The Assistant Regional Transport Officer, for the areas specified by the State Surat and the Inspector of Motor Vehicles Government for Surat-2 other than those attached to his office. shown in the entry No. 25 and 26.
