NOTIFICATION
New Defui, the'19th February, 2007 G.S.R 9Z(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Administrative Tribunals (Amendment) Act, 2006 (No. 1 of20(7), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of February, 2007, as the date 011 which the provisions of the Act-shall come into force.
