exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub- section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 -- (No.20f 1899) read withthe Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. 8.0. 148 (E), dated the 24th January, 2008, the cniercoiitroning Revenue Authority, Delhi hereby directs that M/s Tinna Viterra Trade Private Limited, No.6, Sultanpur, Mandi Road, Mehrauli, New Delhi-l 10030 shall pay a consolidatedstamp duty of Rs. 10,182 (Rupees Ten Thousand One Hundred Eighty Two ) only on the aggregate value of shares of Rs. 1,01,81,800 for Equity Share certificateswith distinctive Nos.l9,‘82,286 to 30,00,465 to be issued by the said company.

Delhi, the 25th November, 2010 i of power conferred by Secton 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) read with the notification No. U-l 1030/1/9l-U'1‘L dated the 10th September, 1992, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby issues following amendment in the composition of Advisory Commttee constituted under the directions dated;

the 18th May 2010 for groundwater regulation and’ management in Delhi published in Delhi Gazette vide Notification No. F. 8 (348)/EA/Env/O9/2246 dated] In direction No. 4, $1. No. 2, Director (Panchayat) to be substituted with Block ,' , Development Ofiicer ofrespective 7 Revenue Districts i.e. , & South.

And Director (Panchayat) to be substituted with Block Development Oficer (HQ) for Central & New Delhi Revenue _ Districts.
