NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th June, 2017
S.O. 1870(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the Coal Mines Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948), read with paragraph 4 of the Coal Mines Provident Fund Scheme, 1948 the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, vide number
S.O.1503(E) dated 11 May, 2017 published in Part- II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India.
In the said notification, serial number 17 shall be excluded. Note: The principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii) vide number
S.O. 1503(E) dated 11th May, 2017 and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
