NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th September, 2012 S.0.2286(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number
S.O. 789(E), dated the 20th March, 2009, namely :—
2. In the said notification . in serial numbers (6) and (7), for the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :— "(6) Shri A.N. Raman —Member Plot 10, [Appointed under Section 22A of the Cost and P.N. Muthukumaraswamy, Salai Baby Nagar, Works Accountants Act, 1956(23 of 1959)] 1st Main Road Velachery,

3. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. MANOJ KUMAR, Jt. Secy.
