NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th October, 2014
G.S.R 748(E).-ln exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (d) , (e) and (f) of sub-section (2) of Section 35 and clause (e) of section 36 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989, l. (l) These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Amendment Rules
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette.
2. ~ t!1e And~a Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989, in rule 5, in sub-rule (3), the fo llowina provIso shall be mserted, namely:- . 0 "Provided that the time allowed by the Registrar to rectify the defects shall not exceed thiny days."
