Notification The 5th May, 2016 i t on Social VVelfaro No. SW-PWD/2016/4159.—In partial modification of ^ndigarh Adniin^s SW2/SVVD/2OO3/ Department Notifications No. SW2/SWD/99/513. dated t8th'February 2000 and 721, dated 29th February, 2004, the Administrator, LUCh » for Purchase of Aids Para-S(iii) and para 6(i) and (iii) of the "Assistance to Physrcally Han which is effective from 1st April, 2016 given as under .
Rule 3(iii) may be substituted as under .
Whose family income does not exceed Rs. 1.50 lacs p.a.
Rule 6(i) and (iii) Quantum of Assistance may be substituted as u For Purchase of Aids and appliances the maximum amount of ass.stance is The assistance shalt become payable from the first of the following month in which it is sanctioned.
