No. B-!-52-2010-2-Five(2)—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3-B of the Madhya Pradesh Country Spirit Rules, 1995, the State Government, hereby, determines the Fee of Rs. 10,000/- for the application for licence to construct and run a manufactory for manufacture and bottling of country liquor. No. B-1-52-2010-2-Five(4).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 3-P of the Madhya Pradesh Country Spirit Rules, 1995, the State Government, hereby, determines the registration fee of Rs. 10,000/- at the time of first registration and registration renewal fee of Rs. 1,000/- for every financial year or part thercol, for cach label of country spirit, which may be sold in or transported in or exported from or imported into the State of Madhya Pradesh, seperately packing material wise (viz glass, PET etc.), as per usage (viz local, export etc.) and containers capacity wise (viz 750, 375, 180 mililitres etc.)

2. This notification shall come into force from ist April, 2011.
