CIRCULAR
Dated: 29/06/2016 To ensure better administration for enactment of new Acts/Rules/Notification, the State Government intends to invite public suggestions before finalization of such notifications. Therefore, all the Administrative Secretaries are informed to adopt the following procedure for finalization of departmental notification relating to Industries & Commerce.
1. The proposed draft document shall be published on the departmental websites for inviting public comments.
2. All these suggestions/comments shall be compiled and made available in public domain on the departmental websites.
3. The methodology adopted for incorporating these suggestions/comments before finalisation of these notifications.
