NOTIFICATION
No. F 7-13/2017/32.-In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) ofSection20 of the Chhattisgarh Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (No. 16of2016), the State Government, hereby, establishes the Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

NOTIFICATION
No. F 7-13/2017/32. - In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (I) and (2) of Section 43 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (No. 16 of 2016), the State Government, hereby, establishes the Chhattisgarh Real Estate Appellate Tribunal , for the State of Chhattisgarh at Raipur. By order and in the name of the Governor ofChhattisgarh, REGINA TOPPO , Joint Secretary.
