Jaipur, September 6, 2004 S.O.171.- III exercise of the powers conferred by section J 0 the Rajasthan Stale Road Development Fund Act, 200·1 (Au I' '0. j 3 of :2004), the ':!'St3te Government hereby specifies the 7'h day of September, ~ as the date on which there sl;aJl be levIed and collected, a Cess on the sale of Motor Spirit, commonly known as petrol and high speed diesel oil, at such rates as mentioned against them in the table below:-
