NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th June, 2018
S.O. 2422(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13 th June, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely :— Sl.No. Sections
