NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st March, 2018
S.O. 1316(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby appoints the 21 st March, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of sub- sections (3) and (11) of section 132 of the said Act shall come into force. and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
