[To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, the 5th July, 2018 5.0. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th August, 2018 as the date on which the following provisions of the said Act shall come into force, namely:-

(2) Section 16;

(3) Section 75; and

(4) Section 76.
