NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9 th September, 2016
S.O. 2912 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Companies Act, 20l3 (18 of 20l3), the Central Government hereby appoints 9th September, 2016 as the date on which the provisions of section 227, clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 242, clauses (c) and (g) of sub-section (2) of section 242, section 246 and sections 337 to 341 (to the extent of their applicability for section 246), of the said Act shall come into force.
