The November, 2014 No SA/ED/2014/ J In partial modification of notification issued vide No.ED/2002/1212 dated 20.08.2002 and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 64(2)(k)(p) of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and

Section 54(2)(l) of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh is pleased to replace Schedule - II i.e. Consent fee appended with the notification bearing No.ED/2002/1212 dated 20 08 2002. with the new Schedule - II as annexed with this notification with immediate effect (By order and in the name of the Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh.)
