Lucknow Dated :¢£ Jun, 2020 In exerise of the powers under section 96-A of the U.P. Panchayati Raj Act, 1947 (U.P. Act no.xxvi of 1947) read with section 21 of the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act no.1 of 1904) the Governor is pleased to delegate all powers regarding fixation of surcharge amount from Gram Pradhan to all District Magistrates in Uttar Pradesh under clause-2 of section-27 of the aforesaid Act of 1947 and appellate authority to all Divisional Commissioners against collection of surcharge under clause-3 of section 27 within their local jurisdiction. ; i (Manoj Kumat_Singh) Principal §/ecretary No-784(1)/33-1-2020, dated as above.
