(82) Delegation of powers - No. 10/3/2-UTFl(l)-2W2/4y65.- bi partial modification of Chief Administrator’s Office notification bearing No 10/3/2- UTFI(l)- 2002/305^, dated 20th May, 2003, it is ordered that fresh appeals pre- furred in my court with effect from 1st August, 2003 against the orders of the Estate Officer/Assistant Estate Officer exercising the powers of the Estate Officer, Union Territory, Chandigarh, under the Capital of Punjab (Development arid Regulation) Act, 1952 and the rules framed thereunder snail be heard by Joint Secretary Finance, Union Territory, Chandigarh, exercising the powers of (he Chief Administrator, Chandigarh and appeals already pending in my court shall be heard by the Commissioner,. Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, exercising his powers of the Chief Administrator, Chandigarh.
