(8) The draft ll18Sler plan may include all or o.ny of the !ollowing:-

(tl) report, of •urvey and '1IlnlyaiJI of the socio-eoonomic features of Dellu· with ,pecial reference to the trends o1 growth of population, ind.us· trhils, bui;ines . .s, comtnerce and such other matters as may relate to planned development;

(1,) "a land use plan" based upon such surVey ot the present use of land as may be necessary as well as ana}ysi.s of estimated future needs and cotuistin.g of comprehe11:::;jve proposals for the most desirable uUUsa .. tion of land such a& agricultural, governmental, commerchil. 1ndus­ txial, ,•esldential, cultural. educational, recrcationnl, transportation and. olh�r activities;

(c) "a transit &.nrl transportation nlan" based upon reports ot suTVey and Inventory ot volume ot traffic and cnpacity of existing roads: hleh· ways, railwavs and consisting of proposals tor a system o! streets, roads, highways and parking, loading, unloading. and terminal faclli· Utis;

(d) 0a public utilities: r,lao" consisting of proposals for t')rovision of water, electricity, drainage and dis·posal of sewa�e and rctuse;

(e) "a housing plan" consisting of estimates of housing requirements and proposals relating lo standards of new housing units;

(!) reports of survey and proposals for ellmination of slums ond blighted areas;

5. PubU• ootl .. Nlfardlnr 1>1eparatlon of Master P!An.-(ll N! soo• a, may be after the draft master plan hes been prepared, the Authority shall publish a public notice stating that:

(a) The draft master nlan has been prepared and may b• inspected by ony person at such time and placo •s ma:v be spedlled in the notice;

(b) i;lt.it.'8"1<tions and obiections in writin�. if any. in respect of the draft master plan may be flied by anv person with the Secretary of the AuthQrlty within 90 day$ from the date of flrst publicatlofl of the notlce.

(2) This [!Otlce m•Y be in Form 'A' appended to these rules without modlflca­ t1on wUh such mod.ltlcntion as may be necessary.

6. Mo•IB of 1>obllcatloo of public ootfce.-The Authoritv shall C31lse thr said nollce to b• published in the manner proscrib•d by section H ol the Act and may al•o cause it to be published In the Official Gaiette.

7. Notice to and representation from lncal authorities-The Authority shaU cause a copy or the notice-referred to 1n Rule 6 to be sent to every local outho1tty
