MAHARASHTRA MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ACT, 1961.
No. MMP.1218/C.R.321/ACT.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 17, sub-section (1) of 18(A) and clauses (a) and (b) of sub-section (1) of 23(A) of the Maharashtra Medical Practitioners Act (Mah. XXVIII of 1961) and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Government of Maharashtra hereby, for the purposes of the Act mentioned in column (2) of the schedule appended hereto, specify the fees mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule :—

1. For registration under section 17 of the Act 5000
2. For provisional registration for Practice under section 18(A) of the Act 2000
3. For renewal of registration under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of 2000 section 23(A) of the Act
4. For late Renewal Registration under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of 23(A) of the Act—
(a) within one month after last date of renewal of registration ; 3500
(b) after one month after last date of renewal of registration. 3500 plus hundred rupees per Month.
