The 23rd March, 2004 No. EX-73/93 (Pt).-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Arunachal Pradesh Excise Act, 1993 (Act No. 6 of 1993), read with Rule 55 of Arunachal Pradesh Excise Rules, 1994, the Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, is pleased to fix the amount of security for distillery, Bonded Warehouse Wholesale and retail licences of IMFL as follows:
