^ 5 R , No. F-5-27-2014-1-LV.— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 13 of the Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994 (42 of 1994) the State Government hereby, appoints the following Officers as Appropriate Authorities for the purposes of the said Act, namely:—
(1) Director, Medical Education Madhya Pradesh
(2) Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College, Indore
(3) Dean, Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal
(4) Dean, Netaji Subash Chandra Bose, Medical College, Jabalpur
(5) Dean, Gajra Raja Medical College, Gwalior
(6) Dean, Shyam Shah, Medical College, Rewa
(7) Dean, Bundelkhand, Medical College, Sagar.
