G.S.R. 526(E).—In the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II-Section 3-Sub-section (i) Gazette of India dated th May, 2019 in respect of National Financial Reporting Authority (Recruitment, Salary, Allowances and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Secretary, Officers and other Employees of Authority) Rules, 2019,
G.S.R. 369(E) at p.92 in the Schedule, under column (14), the maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is rectified as under:
For existing entry Read as Not exceeding sixty five years Not exceeding fifty six years and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
