No. 17/2016 - Central Excise (N.T) New Delhi, the 1 st March, 2016 G.S.R. (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (3) read with sub-rule (2) of rule 19 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification No.31/2007-Central Excise (N.T.), dated the 2 nd August, 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,

2. In the said notification, in paragraph 6, in clause (ii), for the word, figures and letters, “section 11AB ", the word, figures and letters, “section 11AA” shall be substituted.
