Part- III Haryana Government Forest Department Notification The Ist June, 1976

No.S.O.101/C.A.16/27/S.20/76- Whereas a declaration to constitute the land specified in the schedule as a reserved forest has been issued with Haryana Government Forest Department, notification No. S.O/202/C.A.16/27/S.4/70 dated the 31st July, 1970 as subsequently amended:

And whereas the forest settlement of this land has now been completed in accordance with the provisions contained in Chapter II of the Indian Forest Act, Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927, the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies, according to the boundary marks (Pillars) erected on the ground and map kept in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani, with the limits of the forest in the schedule given below and declares the same to be reserved with effect from the 29th June, Schedule District Tehsil Name of the area village with in H.B no.
